Construction: Polypropylene, FM-4910-Rated CRP-1, or 304 Stainless Steel. 120% double-containment design on leg levelers for compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Upper Headcase Controller Area: Dedicated upper headcase area for centralized operator control, monitoring, and alarm management, ensuring intuitive operation and real-time system status updates. Headcase is purged and seals all pneumatic controls and electrical main power components
Safety Interlocks and EMO Controller: Equipped with all relevant safety interlocks and an Emergency Machine Off (EMO) controller for immediate shutdown in critical situations, ensuring operator safety and compliance. A tower light is mounted above the cabinet for visual alarm awareness
8″ HMI/PLC Control System: A user-friendly interface with integrated controls and alarms for real-time monitoring, precise operation, and rapid response to system status changes
Wetted Components: All fittings, tubes, valves, and pumps constructed of high-purity PFA Teflon or Stainless Steel for superior chemical compatibility
Container Interface: Custom dip tubes with easy quick-disconnect fittings for efficient changes of drums, jerricans, or bottles
Exhaust Systems: Designed for adequate exhaust flow with continuous monitoring to ensure a safe working environment, meeting SEMI S2 ventilation requirements
